We stayed here before now; the staff is superfriendly and really helpful and the rooms are beautiful. There were climate control and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room, really enjoyed that.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially with the fantastic service from the front desk and the great meals. The location allowed us to explore Monterrey easily and even join a local event celebrating riders and horses, a blast for my son.
In my wife's opinion, better communication about the hot water issues would help families feel more comfortable.

Totally recommend for a city escape
Comfortable room, friendly staff, the service at front counter and the kitchen was awesome. I appreciated the free wi-fi and being just a 10-minute walk from Padre Mier to explore the city.

The room was spacious and had a well-functioning HDMI connection for streaming. The free parking made it easy to explore the area without worrying about my vehicle. The bed provided excellent comfort for restful nights.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk to various restaurants and bars. The comfortable bed, and I appreciated the ample writing desk with easy access to power outlets for my devices. The breakfasts were a highlight, especially with lots of fresh fruit available. I did face issues with hot water , frustrating as no one informed me about it beforehand. Room service wasn't available, and the AC struggled to keep a consistent temperature. Great value for the price, but certain things need addressing.
